About this website
Clearwater does not introduce itself with a quiet corporate template. Its homepage places enormous white type against a near black background, then adds violet and pale yellow geometry, award marks and a direct invitation to get in touch. That visual confidence gives Clearwater Agency Melbourne an immediate point of view, but the interface remains practical. The main navigation keeps Services, Our Work, About, Awards and Contact visible beside the phone number and enquiry button, so evidence and action are never far apart.
That balance between spectacle and orientation makes the site a useful companion to Sites Gallery’s web and interactive design gallery. Motion, oversized typography and abstract forms create energy without hiding the commercial message. The opening experience quickly moves from the agency’s human and data theme to partner brands, selected work, its connected service model, awards and testimonials. Rather than forcing visitors through separate campaign pages before showing proof, the homepage brings work and credibility into the central narrative. This is a deliberate journey for marketing leaders who want both creative character and a clear route to validation.
Founded by Glenn Lockwood in 2012, Clearwater is based at Level 6, 19 William Street in Cremorne, Victoria. Its capabilities are organised as parts of one operating system rather than isolated products. Paid media and social distribution connect with creative production, while website development and conversion work improve what happens after a visitor arrives. Ecommerce, email marketing, digital strategy, and data and analytics extend that work across acquisition and retention. The practical distinction is coordination: the site repeatedly frames the agency as one team working across a shared customer funnel, which may reduce the gaps that appear when strategy, media, creative and web delivery sit with different suppliers.
The work section supplies the strongest evidence for that model. Each detailed case study follows a numbered sequence covering the client, activities, objectives, strategy and outcomes. In the Urban Smile case study, Clearwater reports that treatment starts rose 72 percent, free consultations increased 32 percent and Google Ads cost per booking fell 50 percent year over year during the compared partnership period. The page also explains the contribution of location focused campaigns, landing pages, booking flow improvements and social advertising. Publishing the mechanism alongside the headline figures makes the claims easier to assess than a simple logo wall or testimonial carousel.
This evidence led presentation also connects naturally with Sites Gallery’s collection of portfolio website examples. Clearwater’s project index spans Natio, Wilson Parking, Tiger Mist, FightMND, UniSQ, Sub Zero and Wolf, Urban Smile and other organisations across retail, education, health, software and nonprofit work. Project cards lead with a business problem or result, while the deeper pages return readers to related work and a consultation route. The structure lets a prospective client move from broad capability to a comparable engagement without losing context, which is especially useful when several departments will participate in an agency decision.
Trust signals are unusually easy to inspect. The About page names Lockwood as Founder and Director and Ric Luz as General Manager and Technology Innovation Director, while a company timeline explains the move from a single person practice in 2012 to a broader performance and creative agency. The contact page publishes the Cremorne address, telephone number, email address and weekday business hours. Awards are documented by year with links to organiser records. Most notably, the APAC Search Awards lists Clearwater Agency and Royal Children’s Foundation as its 2026 winner for a Third Sector or Not for Profit campaign. Together, these details provide accountable identities, a physical location and independently checkable recognition.
The logic behind this joined approach is explored further in a practical guide to coordinated digital marketing strategy, which connects business goals, audience understanding, channel choice, measurement and ongoing testing. Clearwater’s website communicates much the same sequence through its own architecture, then supports it with named clients and reported outcomes. The agency is most relevant to established ecommerce, retail, service, education, nonprofit, government, software and business to business organisations that need several digital disciplines to work from one plan, and that will examine documented performance before choosing a partner.
