A rejected passport photo can delay an application by weeks. The Passport Photo Maker crops your phone photo to the exact size for your document, cleans up the background and checks size, head height, eyes and lighting against the issuing authority's published rules before you pay. Checking is free; the digital file costs $4.99 ($6.99 with a printable 4x6 in sheet), one time, no subscription.
