• 4-8 years of post-JD experience independently negotiating SaaS, technology, licensing, partner, and vendor agreements with minimal oversight

• Experience with public sector (SLED and/or Federal) sales contracting, such as supporting RFP/RFx responses or government procurement processes, is preferred
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., contract drafting, redlining, or review assistants) as part of your daily workflow; interest in helping the team adopt and refine AI-supported processes is a plus
• A drive for continuous improvement, and the willingness to voice your opinion
• Ability to independently manage and own multiple projects with varying deadlines; comfortable making decisions under ambiguous circumstances
• A focus on closing deals and finding pragmatic solutions to any issue you encounter
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative partnership and diplomatic communication with multiple constituencies
